The Chronicles of Riddick DVD Easter Egg can be accessed in two different ways. It is a secret short video in which Colm Feore describes filming his character’s death scene.
During the scene his character, the Lord Marshal, takes a knife to the head and a kick to the face — a proper villain’s death.
Here is how to find it.
Method One: Using the “Convert” Menu
First, load the DVD and go to the Main Menu.
Select “Convert.”
On this screen, highlight “Play.”
Now press the Up button on your remote.
This will highlight a small light just below Riddick’s hands.
Press Enter.
Method Two: Using the “Fight” Menu
There is also a second way to access the same hidden clip.
Return to the Main Menu and select “Fight.”
From here, highlight “Play.”
Now press the Left button on your remote.
This will highlight the holes in the handle on the left side of the screen.
Press Enter.
Just like the first method, this unlocks the same hidden behind-the-scenes video.
