There’s a hidden Stan Lee easter egg on the Iron Man DVD that’s easy to miss if you don’t know where to look.
Here’s how to find it.
How to unlock the Easter Egg
Go to the Special Features menu.
Highlight “Main Menu”, but don’t press enter.
Instead, press left on your remote.
A hidden symbol will appear on screen (it looks like Iron Man’s jetpack).
Press enter to unlock it.
What the hidden clip shows
This opens a short behind-the-scenes feature about Iron Man and Stan Lee’s cameo.
In the clip, Stan Lee and Robert Downey Jr. talk about meeting before filming and discussing Tony Stark’s character.
Stan Lee’s Marvel cameos
This was Stan Lee’s first on-screen cameo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
But it wasn’t his first Marvel appearance.
He previously appeared as a juror in The Trial of the Incredible Hulk.
His first speaking cameo came in Hulk, where he appears alongside Lou Ferrigno.
A small hidden extra, but a great bit of Marvel history for fans who know where to look.
