The UK 2-disc Collector’s Edition of The Incredibles contains 11 hidden featurettes spread across both discs.
Most of them are triggered by waiting on menu screens for the Omnidroid to appear, then selecting it.

Missing Easter Egg on the UK Version
One thing worth pointing out — the “sock puppet” version of Toy Story is not included on the UK release of The Incredibles DVD.
This extra does appear on some Region 1 (US) versions, but it isn’t present on the UK discs.
So if you’ve heard about it, you’re not missing it — it simply isn’t there on this version.
